Shipping Policy

In line with our philosophy, we use eco-friendly packaging to protect and ship our products. The tissue and stickers are FSC certified, acid free and use soy-based inks. The mailer you receive is made from compostable bio-material (co-polymer & cornstarch).

All orders will be process and send within 1 to 2 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and PH).

We ship all our packages via a third party courier service for both local and international orders. You can choose the shipping option that suits you best, and opt for registered mail.

Local delivery in Singapore:

Local delivery within Singapore will take an average of two working days.

International delivery:

International delivery usually takes between 5 - 15 days, depending on the region and customs clearance.

Customs duties & import taxes may apply, depending on the laws & regulations of your country. Customers are required to do their due diligence before purchasing.

All shipping/delivery & handling charges are non-refundable.

The Thread Loop is non-liable for the duties & taxes applied on products imported.

The Thread Loop is not responsible for any item once they have been shipped. Any loss of items will have to be reported to the relevant transportation and postal authorities.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We pay particular attention to the quality of our products.

In the event, there is a product issue, you can request for an exchange.

An email request must be sent within 25 days of the date of purchase at : info@thethreadloop.sg

Any product returned must be in the same condition you received it and placed back in their original packaging or well protected to be shipped back.

Note: Face masks can not be returned.
